Over 1,600 exhibitors from more than 50 countries will be showcasing a jaw-dropping 250,000+ products and innovations at FHA–FOOD & BEVERAGE 2025, one of the biggest F&B events in the region.
This year, Australia takes the spotlight as the 2025 Partner Country, bringing the best of its fresh produce, gourmet goods, and culinary creativity to centre stage.
Taiwan also showed up in full flavour this year, with over 90 companies from six counties dishing out everything from tasty bites to sippable delights — talk about a flavour-packed showing!
For the first time ever, the FHA–FOOD & BEVERAGE fair introduces a dedicated Beverage Zone, shining a light on the region’s largest collection of non-alcoholic drinks. Think artisanal sodas, functional beverages, and alcohol-free craft alternatives. Plus, don’t miss the Zero Mixology Challenge — a brand-new competition where bartenders go head-to-head to create showstopping drinks with zero proof but 100% flavour.
Also new this year: the FHA Culinary Challenge expands with Individual Challenge categories in both Culinary and Patisserie, giving solo chefs and pastry wizards a chance to dazzle on their own terms.
