Vietjet and Emirates have entered a new partnership to enhance connectivity and travel options between key cities in Vietnam and Dubai, UAE. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed at the Vietnam-UAE Business Forum in the presence of Vietnam’s Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. This strategic partnership is poised to bolster tourism and trade links between the two nations, creating avenues for economic growth and cross-cultural exchange.

The agreement will extend Emirates’ reach within Vietjet’s domestic and regional network, including popular Vietnamese destinations such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. Vietjet passengers will, in turn, gain greater access to Emirates’ extensive global network through its Dubai hub. This collaboration promises a more streamlined booking experience by allowing single-itinerary reservations across both airlines, providing travelers with convenient and seamless travel options. Furthermore, the partnership sets the stage for joint exploration in technology and digital innovation within the aviation industry.

We look forward to growing our footprint in Vietnam with Vietjet and exploring more opportunities to expand our partnerships in the future.”

This MOU will facilitate easier travel for Southeast Asian passengers through Vietnam, connecting them to Emirates’ Dubai hub, which offers access to over 140 destinations across six continents. The collaboration will simplify travel logistics, providing opportunities for exploring new destinations, experiencing diverse cultures, and fostering business connections.

Vietjet, known for its broadening network, currently connects Singapore with major Vietnamese cities, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. Singaporean travelers can now enjoy flights starting from SGD88 one-way (inclusive of taxes and fees) with the prospect of connecting seamlessly to Dubai and beyond through Emirates’ network.
