Exclusively available to Trust Bank customers, TravelShiok provides a wide range of benefits tailored to frequent travelers, including unique coverage options and easy purchase accessibility.

TravelShiok offers several distinct advantages designed to cater to the evolving needs of travelers:

  • Flexible Purchase Options: Customers can purchase single-trip travel insurance plans up to one day after departure from Singapore, allowing for last-minute coverage via the Trust app.
  • Enhanced Coverage: The plan covers expenses for unused entertainment tickets, such as theme park, concert, or sports event tickets, when booked using the Trust card but unused due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Purchase Protection: Customers enjoy up to S$3,000 in purchase protection for accidental damage to items bought with the Trust card within 30 days of purchase.
  • Baggage and Device Coverage: TravelShiok offers up to S$8,000 in coverage for loss or damage to baggage, mobile devices, and laptops.

Expanded Insurance Offerings

Trust Bank has consistently expanded its insurance products, beginning with family accident insurance, and now provides coverage for a variety of needs, including travel, domestic helper, home, car, and motorcycle insurance. Travel insurance has been particularly popular among customers, with nearly half of policies purchased relating to travel.
