Greater Access for Singaporeans with the SG Culture Pass

This year, Singaporeans can look forward to more affordable access to local cinema. For the first time, SG Culture Pass credits can be used to purchase tickets for selected SGIFF screenings featuring local films directed, produced or written by Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

The SG Culture Pass, an initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), provides $100 worth of credits to Singaporeans aged 18 and above to enjoy local arts and heritage experiences. The move reinforces SGIFF’s mission to make homegrown films more accessible while nurturing Singapore’s film talent and storytelling culture.
