Helmed by Chef Lorenz Hoja, Zouk Group’s Chief Culinary Officer and former Executive Chef at the two-Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Singapore, The Plump Frenchman blends rustic French techniques with creative reinvention. Think bold flavours, generous portions, and an inviting touch of playfulness.
Dishes start from S$13++ and are designed for sharing — from baby squid stuffed with chorizo in the Chipirons (S$16++) to a rich, soulful La Soupe À l’Oignon (S$18++). Mains like the Demi Poulet Rôtisserie (S$17++) offer perfectly roasted chicken served with salad, sriracha, and house-made pickles, while the classic Coq Au Vin (S$37++) brings all the comforting warmth of a slow-braised French stew.
