Following its grand opening on 18 October 2025, this second outlet marks a major milestone for the beloved local pet grocer, known for its sustainability-driven and nutrition-focused pet food philosophy.
Building on the success of its flagship store in Joo Chiat, the new Bukit Timah location redefines what pet shopping can be, transforming it into a multi-sensory experience for both humans and their dogs. Spanning over 1,200 square feet, the cosy, sun-dappled space doubles as a community haven, where pawrents and pets can relax, play, and connect.

Thoughtfully styled with warm, earthy tones and open layouts, The Dog Grocer Experience Store is designed to feel like home. Dogs can roam freely, sniff out new treats, or test their next chew, while owners browse an array of signature pet goodies, Ready-To-Eat meals, and wellness products. Every detail reflects the brand’s commitment to sustainability and quality, from using human-grade ingredients to repurposing “ugly” meat cuts that would otherwise go to waste.
Scoop, Sniff, and Snack with the Bulk Bin Concept
A highlight of the new store is its signature bulk bin concept, fondly dubbed “Scoop, but for pets.” This innovative model allows pawrents to bring their own containers and scoop exactly what their pets love, reducing packaging waste and catering to selective eaters. From local-inspired flavours like Ondeh Ondeh Chicken and Bandung Pork to freeze-dried treats such as beef tripe sticks and pork tendons, every bin offers a fresh surprise for curious noses and wagging tails.

To celebrate the launch, The Dog Grocer has introduced a Bukit Timah-exclusive Tea-rrific Series, a new line of meaty patties inspired by traditional Asian tea blends.
