Once a private barroom exclusively reserved for the loyal Luke’s Oyster Bar and Chophouse clientele, the intimate speakeasy has now flung open its doors to the rest of us. Tucked behind a discrete facade on Amoy Street, the 30-seater gleams with Jazz Age opulence, featuring a polished chequered floor and a leather-wrapped curved ceiling.
Expect perfectly executed Big Apple classics like USDA Prime ribeye, crisp crab cakes, and some of the best martinis in town. Impress the table by ordering the lobster omelette, served with charred avocado and caviar beurre blanc – not an obvious choice, but it’s pretty sublime.
