The mixes are freshly made from original recipes, including flavours like milk, caramel butter soy and lemon curd. The Chocolat Liégeois, a French-style sundae of chocolate ice cream, chocolate sauce, Chantilly, and almonds, is a crowd favourite, but the oh-so-fluffy Real French Toast, soft and caramelised, is irresistibly good. Warm churros, which are made fresh at the counter, go perfectly with a homemade Valrhona hot chocolate.
