From the team behind the award-winning Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse, this 160-seat restaurant is a regal space with a touch of whimsy, suited to both business and social occasions. Kick off the evening with a cocktail at The Library Bar & Lounge before moving to the grand dining room for the main affair. Group Executive Chef Oliver Hyde presents an impressive menu that draws on his upbringing on the Norfolk Broads and highlights seasonal produce from the British Isles. Starters like the lively Chilled Roast Sirloin Salad and Roasted Scallops with sweet pea puree are beautifully executed, allowing the ingredients’ natural flavours to shine.

The true highlights, of course, are the large-format sharing steaks, meticulously sourced and butchered in-house. The medium-rare 600g dry-aged bone-in sirloin is masterfully done, a showcase of the kitchen’s skill and precision. Succulent and flavourful, it’s perfectly complemented by roasted Hen-of-the-Woods mushrooms and beef-fat roast potatoes. End on a sweet note with the sizeable Apple & Blackberry Crumble with vanilla ice cream. It’s built to be shared, but it’s so good you might not want to. Besides the bar, the wine cellar also offers a selection of English wines, some rarely seen outside of the UK.
