The Singapore Food Festival (SFF) returns for its 32nd edition from 4 to 24 September 2025, promising a flavour-packed celebration of heritage, innovation, and community. With the theme “Have You Eaten Yet?”, this year’s festival explores the deep cultural significance of food as a gesture of love and connection — a universal language that speaks through shared meals, time-honoured recipes, and bold new creations.

Before the September festivities, food lovers can enjoy a range of lead-up activities offering a sneak peek into the vibrant experiences SFF 2025 has in store.
A Feast of Experiences Across Singapore
This year, SFF 2025 presents over 15 major events, including:
- 3 Signature Events
- 3 Pop-up Events
- 7 Unique Events
- SG60 Specials
- 50+ curated programs from Festival Affiliate Partners
At the heart of it all is Mise en Place @ Dempsey Hill — the festival’s central hub and open-to-public experience centre. Here, food meets fashion, culture, and lifestyle in an immersive space that showcases Singapore’s evolving culinary identity.
Mise en Place also plays host to the Asian debut of Zumbo Desserts by celebrity pastry chef Adriano Zumbo, adding a dash of global flair to this local celebration.
Fashion icon Daniel Boey will also bring his creative vision to the festival, weaving fashion and food into a multi-sensory showcase that challenges the boundaries of how we experience culinary art.
Spotlight on Signature Events

SFF 2025’s Signature Events promise boundary-pushing experiences that blur the lines between dining and performance:
- The Long Table – A communal dining journey laced with theatrical storytelling that celebrates the emotional power of shared meals.
- Food Is Art – A high-concept collaboration between chefs, artists, and mixologists that transforms cuisine into edible masterpieces.
- Future Food – An experimental look at tomorrow’s kitchens, featuring molecular gastronomy, sustainable ingredients, and cutting-edge culinary tech.
Pop-Ups, Street Eats & Hidden Gems
The festival’s Pop-up Events will take over streets, parks, and hidden spots across the island, bringing food directly to the people with food truck tours, heritage trails, and spontaneous culinary discoveries.
Unique Events: Where Food Meets Art
Expect the unexpected at SFF’s Unique Events, where dining collides with fashion, design, and technology. These immersive activations transform food into art and invite festivalgoers to experience meals with all five senses.
SG60 Specials & Digital Delights
In celebration of SG60, special editions of classic Singaporean dishes will be given modern makeovers, paying tribute to the nation’s rich food heritage while looking to the future. Online campaigns and social activations will also extend the festival’s reach to international audiences.
Honouring Heritage at Chinatown Complex
SFF 2025’s Heritage Hawker Partner is the iconic Chinatown Complex Food Centre, home to 226 hawker stalls and generations of culinary tradition. From 4 to 24 September, this landmark transforms into a live tribute to Singapore’s street food soul through “A Taste of Time” — a showcase of Craft, Community, and Continuity that highlights the enduring stories behind every beloved dish.
What to Look Forward to This July
As anticipation builds, Singapore Food Stories, a digital series spotlighting heartfelt personal recipes and stories from everyday Singaporeans, will launch on SFF’s social media platforms. These intimate narratives reflect the emotional ties that connect food with memory, identity, and culture.
