This November, Affordable Art Fair Singapore makes a grand return to the F1 Pit Building, promising its most dynamic and inclusive edition since 2019. Running from November 2025, the Fair will feature 95 galleries from around the world alongside immersive installations, live artist takeovers, and creative workshops designed to inspire art lovers of all ages.
Building on last year’s success, which drew 22,000 visitors and S$5.3 million in art sales, the 2025 edition shines a brighter spotlight on Southeast Asian creativity, with the debut of the Ubah Rumah Art Residency Showcase and a continued partnership with the Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA). For the first time, visitors can also use their SG Culture Pass credits to purchase tickets, making the Fair more accessible than ever.
Ubah Rumah Art Residency Showcase
Making its first appearance at the Fair, the Ubah Rumah Art Residency Showcase celebrates artists from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore, whose works explore themes of ecology, care, and community. Founded by artists Alecia Neo and Ernest Goh, the residency takes inspiration from the nomadic Orang Laut traditions and the shared maritime histories of the region.
Visitors can also join interactive workshops led by participating artists, from making natural pigments to observing nature through art, offering an intimate glimpse into how creativity connects people and place.
Special Projects: Art in Motion
This year’s Special Projects transform the Fair into a playground of connection and imagination, featuring installations and live art that reveal creativity in motion:
- Artists’ Takeover with Zhang Qiao and Barry Yeow – Experience two unique styles unfold live: sustainable electro-etching and expressive impasto painting.
- « Les bois dormants » by Jeff Alarie – A poetic metal sculpture inspired by the rhythms of nature.
- An Invitation to Sophie’s Garden by Rong Choy – A tender installation inspired by a child’s story of resilience and love.
- Here, somewhere, totally else… 2 by Hélène Le Chatelier – A participatory artwork where visitors contribute instant photographs to a collective piece exploring intimacy in the digital age.
- 100 SMILES by TTS (the tiny smile) – A joyful installation of Moon Gates and smiling motifs celebrating happiness.
- Art Lounge by Yihong Hsu and Jeeum Gallery – A tranquil space for reflection amid the Fair’s energy.
#SPOTLIGHT Exhibition: Materials & Textures
This year’s #SPOTLIGHT exhibition explores tactility and transformation, featuring artists who push the limits of material and surface,  from recycled materials and textiles to layered paint and wax. It highlights a growing fascination with process and materiality in contemporary art, offering fresh perspectives from artists debuting at the Fair.
The Workshop by NAFA
In partnership with the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), this year’s Workshop bridges art education with hands-on creativity. Visitors can join craft, collage, Chinese ink, and silkscreen sessions, or attend talks on colour theory and art care. Whether you’re a first-time painter or an aspiring collector, these sessions are designed to be engaging, educational, and open to all.
Giving Back Through Art
Continuing its meaningful partnership with the Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA), the Fair will host on-site charity workshops and activities, with proceeds supporting caregivers and seniors. CWA beneficiaries will also enjoy special access to the event, ensuring art remains an inclusive source of inspiration and joy for all.
Children’s Art Studio: The World We Will Build
At the Children’s Art Studio, young creators aged 4–12 can step into the year 2225 through The World We Will Build: a futuristic, nature-meets-technology art space by Art Wonderland and Republic Polytechnic. Activities include designing dream dioramas, crafting puppets of their future selves, and adding wishes to a glowing Tree of Wisdom, nurturing imagination, empathy, and creativity in tomorrow’s artists.
Food, Drinks, and Relaxation
Between gallery hopping and art-making, visitors can refuel at the Gastro Park, featuring local favourites and international bites from Si Chuan Dou Hua, Khao, Cult Sliders, and The Living Café. Sip coffee or cocktails at Group Therapy Café (Level 2) and Chimichanga (Level 3) for a perfect mid-day break.
