See Singapore Chinese culture like never before at the sixth edition of REMIX: SINGAPO人 Youth Takeover, happening from 17 to 26 October 2025 at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC). This year’s festival transforms unconventional spaces within the building into playful, surprising venues that bring local arts and culture to life in unexpected ways.

Festival Highlights
One of the biggest draws this year is Park-Ty Ground @ SCCC, where the Level 6 Car Park becomes the stage for two vibrant sober parties. Expect live music, craft activities, street art, dance performances and battles, tasty bites, and more over two weekends of high-energy fun.
Another standout is She’s in the Third Stall, an immersive theatre experience that turns SCCC’s toilets into a site of mystery. Visitors step into the role of detective, navigating ghostly myths, hidden memories, and the struggles of modern youth within this unconventional setting.
Festivalgoers can also test their wits in Say It Again: The Dialect Comeback Escape Room, co-created with Ngee Ann Polytechnic students and The Escape Artist. This puzzle-filled adventure reconnects participants with their roots while spotlighting the playful possibilities of dialects.
For something more lighthearted, a free karaoke zone at the Concourse lets visitors sing their favourite songs, record Mandarin covers, and even design a mini CD-album keychain bag charm to take home.
Dance Battles and Workshops
Crowd favourite RE·MIX The Dance 2025 returns with a Mandarin-inspired street dance competition. This year, dancers face an “instrument blind box” challenge, adding a creative twist to their performances.
The festival will also host a series of beginner-friendly workshops spanning Jazz, Lindy Hop, Swing, Salsa, Bachata and Latin dance, blending East and West as participants groove to Mandarin and dialect tracks.
Festival Access
