PS.Cafe has unveiled a refreshed all-day dining menu, its first major update in years. Featuring 15 new dishes, the menu brings a contemporary spin to classic favourites while staying true to the brand’s hallmark of quality, style, and warmth. The new offerings are now available at Harding Road, Great World, Katong, and East Coast Park, and will roll out across all PS.Cafe outlets islandwide by mid-November 2025.
A Taste of the Familiar and the New

PS.Cafe regulars will be pleased to see beloved staples such as the Beer Battered Fish & Chips, King Prawn Aglio Olio Spaghettini, and the ever-iconic PS. Truffle Fries remain at the heart of the menu.
Alongside these favourites, diners can look forward to an exciting array of new creations, from inventive starters to elevated mains, all made with premium ingredients and bold new flavour pairings.
Appetising Beginnings

Starters shine with crowd-pleasing flair. The Turkish Bread & Herb Cheese ($14) offers fluffy bread stuffed with a creamy blend of ricotta, feta, and chives — a perfect sharing plate. The Butternut Squash Soup ($16) is brightened with orange gremolata and served with savoury seed butter toast, while the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Bites ($18) bring a satisfying crunch and a kick of spice balanced with creamy ranch. The Sesame Cream Caesar ($25) gives the classic salad a nutty, aromatic upgrade with roasted sesame dressing, crispy bacon, and a jammy egg.
Comfort with a Twist

Pasta lovers can explore PS.Cafe’s creative takes on familiar favourites. The Carbonara Mafaldine ($29) features an onsen egg and garlic breadcrumbs for a creamy yet textural twist, while the Meatball Mafaldine ($28) pairs all-beef meatballs with rich tomato sugo, lemon gremolata, and chiffonade basil. The standout Mee Siam Cacio Spaghettini ($32) blends Malay tang with Italian finesse.
Hearty Highlights
For heartier appetites, the Pork Schnitzel ($42) delights with a crispy breaded pork chop, PS.Cafe spice mix, tangy cabbage slaw, and spring onion aioli. The reimagined Steak Frites ($52) showcases a tender Black Angus Ribeye, complemented by horseradish cream and crisp beer-battered pickled onion rings.
Vegetarian diners aren’t left out: the Spanakopita ($29) offers a golden filo pie filled with spinach, cheese, and herbs, while the Corn and Cheese Croquette ($28) pairs crispy corn patties with sweet corn purée and charred corn salad. The Courgette and Basil Casarecce ($27) brings a light, pesto-based pasta with sautéed courgettes and sugar snap peas for a refreshing finish.
The PS.Cafe Experience
Beyond the food, PS.Cafe continues to deliver a dining experience that’s effortlessly elegant yet welcoming. Each location’s signature blend of chic interiors, lush greenery, and floral touches sets the tone for leisurely brunches, intimate dinners, or celebratory gatherings.
Complementing the refreshed menu is an enhanced drinks programme featuring handcrafted cocktails, a curated wine list, and non-alcoholic refreshments, all paired with PS.Cafe’s hallmark warm, attentive service.
