Booster Series: Revitalisation Rooted in Rice Bran
At the heart of the Booster Series is MUJI’s proprietary Fermented Rice Bran Extract, derived from nutrient-rich bran grown in Yamagata using mineral-packed mountain water. Traditionally discarded during rice polishing, the bran undergoes a gentle fermentation process that enhances its hydrating power and transforms it into a skin-refining elixir. This process also yields yeast extract and rice bran oil, boosting the skin’s moisture barrier without the use of alcohol or harsh additives.
The series includes:
- Booster Serum: A water-free, highly concentrated formula with over 65% Fermented Rice Bran Extract, perfect for dry skin seeking elasticity and deep hydration.
- Booster Essence Lotion: A lightweight, fast-absorbing option for oily or combination skin, enriched with ceramides for smoother texture and moisture retention.
