While taking in the panoramic views, sip on their cocktails featuring boutique Thai spirits and tuck into modern Thai sharing plates such as the somtam (spicy papaya salad) with deep-fried soft-shell crab. Adding a beautifully plated flair to these authentic Thai favourites is none other than celebrity chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn, who pushed for Thai cuisine to join fine dining ranks over a decade ago. Despite the sky-high views and upscale ambience, diners will be pleasantly surprised to find the price tag pleasantly affordable.
