KidsFest! is back from 23 January to 22 February 2026 at the iconic Victoria Theatre and this year promises its most magical edition yet. Growing from three productions in 2024 to four in 2025, KidsFest! 2026 will light up five weekends with five world-class stage productions that spark curiosity, creativity, and wonder for young audiences and their families.

The Gruffalo’s Child
A snowy adventure awaits as the Gruffalo’s curious daughter sets off through the deep, dark wood. Filled with music, laughter, and life lessons about courage and curiosity, this enchanting production will captivate children and parents alike.

The Koala Who Could
Follow Kevin, the cautious koala, on an Australian Outback journey of bravery and friendship. With catchy songs, a cast of animal pals, and a big heart, this empowering tale inspires kids to embrace change and try new things.

Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book
When a pirate, a knight, and Goldilocks leap off the page, Charlie’s love for reading becomes a spectacular stage adventure. Expect puppetry, songs, and surprises in this joyful celebration of storytelling.

There’s a Snake in My School
