The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) is pleased to invite non-member clubs to register their interest in participating in the Island Wide League 2026 (IWL).
Criteria for Participation
Non-member clubs interested in participating in the IWL 2026 are required to fully comply with the Criteria of Purpose set forth by the FAS. This criterion is a pre-condition for consideration and is detailed in Annex A. All interested clubs must submit their applications along with the necessary supporting documents by Tuesday 7 April 2026, 1800hrs.
Please note that late or incomplete submissions will not be considered. Please note that participation slots are limited. Clubs will be informed of the selection process should the number of applicants exceed the available slots.
Key Dates
The key dates for the IWL 2026 are as follows:

Competition Format
The format of competition will be a Group-Stage Round Robin followed by Knockout Rounds. However, this may be subjected to change depending on the final number of participating teams, and it will be confirmed and presented at the Competition Briefing and Tournament Draw.
Participation Fee
Clubs selected to participate in the IWL 2026 will be required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of SGD $3,000.
