Tucked within Crockfords Tower hotel, the sumptuous, travel-inspired cocktail bar is ‘hidden’ behind The Retail Emporium, a shop space specialising in luxury spirits. Modelled after a gentleman’s lounge, the whisky-forward bar invites guests to discover its theatrical signature cocktails.
For something light, try the refreshing Lost Caravan, a tall drink of gin, turmeric, green mango, curry leaf and jaggery. Keen on a more potent drink? The cocktail Pirate Radio, which is served in a gleaming treasure chest, is a heady potion of aged rum, Palo Cortado, banana, tamarind and absinthe. There’s also a variety of bar snacks available, including the bite-sized New Zealand Salmon Taco topped with oscietra caviar and Johnnie Walker dark chocolate pralines.
