In a flavourful tribute to Singapore’s 60th anniversary (SG60), Guzman y Gomez (GYG) is introducing a limited-time Chicken Rendang offering, blending traditional Mexican fare with a local favourite.

Available from 4 March to 4 May, 2025, GYG’s Chicken Rendang features their signature Guerrero-marinated grilled chicken complemented by a house-made Rendang sauce rich in coconut cream and over ten aromatic spices.
This fusion seeks to celebrate Singapore’s diverse food culture infused into traditional Mexican fare, offering a spicy and savoury experience.
Diners can savour the Chicken Rendang in various formats, including burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, or paired with nacho fries, ensuring a customisable experience to suit individual preferences.





We had the opportunity to try all of the Chicken Rendang formats before they are officially launched and we love them! The flavours blend well together and add a local kick to familiar Mexican fares. They are definitely worth savouring.
