Served just like it is back in Hong Kong — chilled noodles in a plastic bag, loaded with garlic-rich sauce and a choice of mix-ins — the cold noodles come with a playful twist: eat them straight from the bag with bamboo skewers. Want a spicier hit? Add garlic or chilli oil for an extra punch.

Styled to mimic a classic Hong Kong street stall, the cold noodle kiosk at Ging Sun Ho’s Singapore outlet delivers the full experience — clear bags of ingredients on display, the aroma of garlic and chilli in the air, and that crave-worthy umami-packed housemade sauce.

To celebrate the launch, Ging Sun Ho is also treating students to a “Back to Cool” giveaway. From 30 June to 21 July, every Monday between 3pm and 5pm, students can score a free serving of cold noodles with three toppings — just follow @gingsunho.sg on Instagram, flash your student pass, and show the promo post at the counter. Limited to 25 redemptions per Monday, it’s the perfect post-class snack.

Craving something sweet (or savoury)? Don’t miss Ging Sun Ho’s new Handmade Mochi — soft, chewy, and made fresh to order in 10 fun flavours like Peanut, Oreo, Matcha Red Bean, Coconut Taro Paste, and even Salted Egg Pork Floss. Each mochi is priced between $2.50 to $3, or grab a set — 3 for $6.80 or 6 for $12.
