Democracy may have survived Link your PlayStation Network (PSN) account. A prerequisite on Steam, but the same can't be said for Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima. The Director's Cut of the open-world samurai game is Anatomy makes its way to PC on May 16but its multiplayer mode will require a PSN account.
The confirmation came amid anger over Sony's decision to implement login for PSN Hell Divers 2 Gamers on PC. In the wake of Cancel policySucker Punch explained in a series of tweets that this requirement will not affect the single-player experience, and only applies to Legends co-op mode and use of PlayStation Overlay.

In the latter case, it was to be added at the end of a poorly communicated “grace period”, which would see players lose access to the game they paid for, since PSN is not supported in many regions. VPN services cannot be used either, as this violates Sony's terms of service and can result in an account ban.
