As part of the campaign, Geneco is hosting a Tree Planting Event to support NParks’ OneMillionTrees movement, aligned with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030. Taking place at a local park, the event will see 50 families and local personalities, including Tay Kewei, Kelly Latimer, and Xu Bin, plant trees to commemorate the birth of their children. Families will also receive a personalized certificate celebrating their contribution to Singapore’s green spaces.

To further its efforts, Geneco is donating S$15,000 to NParks’ Garden City Fund, adding to its five-year commitment of planting 450 trees to create a vibrant, sustainable city for future generations.

Now in its 5th year, Geneco’s Used Red Packet Recycling Initiative continues to expand, with over 100 collection points across Singapore. In collaboration with partners like Gardens by the Bay, ION Orchard, and Frasers Property, the initiative makes recycling easier than ever, fostering greater participation in reducing waste.

Since its inception in 2021, the program has grown significantly, recycling over 3,000kg of red packets in 2024 alone. This year’s edition promises to reach new heights as Geneco and its partners work toward a greener tomorrow.
