Housed in Guoco Midtown in Bugis, the lifestyle cafe is designed as a third space for the community to slow down and connect. The space, which includes both indoor and outdoor seating, is airy and welcoming, with the wafting scent of fresh coffee and pastries. Like its Hollywood Road outpost in Hong Kong, all its breads, pastries and croissants, including its popular doughnuts, are baked from scratch daily. A tip: try the almond banoffee croissant.

For something more substantial, the menu offers a wide range of savouries, from the wholesome Buddha Bowl to Singapore-exclusive Chicken Parm. Fans of the brand will recognise the signature Fish Fillet Sando, featuring crispy breaded sole slathered with wasabi Kewpie mayonnaise on milk bread. Crucially, the house blend, which is sourced from the award-winning Ijen Lesatari farm in East Java, is quality – balanced and well-roasted.
