Electric Sheep  – SilverKris

Box 1

Michelin-starred chef duo Amerigo Tito Sesti and Yoan Martin lend a hip and edgy flair to sustainable dining at their retro-futuristic dystopian restaurant Electric Sheep. Inspired by the movie Blade Runner, the pink neon-lit eatery in Talad Noi serves Mediterranean tapas made only with 100% Thai produce. Their squid roe with macadamia butter and prawn skewers with sweet chilli brasucade are not to be missed. Besides creatively making use of food scraps and fermentation know-how, sustainability creatively finds its way into the slide film menus, that must be viewed with a slide viewer, and multi-coloured tables made from re-purposed plastic.
