Hot on the heels of huge success Silent Hill 2 remakeBloober Team has just announced a new third-person survival horror game, Kronos: The New Dawn. Built on the Unreal Engine, we can't help but be fascinated by the game's twisted time travel theme, which carries an aesthetic reminiscent of Dead space and BioShock total.

Box 2

Set in a bleak world where Eastern European brutality meets retro-futuristic technology, the game allows you to experience a poignant story that straddles the line between past and future.

Here's more about the game summary:

In the past, you will witness a world in the midst of change, a catastrophic event that changed humanity forever. Meanwhile, in the devastated wastelands of the future, every moment is a battle for survival against dangerous atrocities that will test your reflexes and tactical thinking. You are a traveler working as an agent for the mysterious group, tasked with searching the wastelands of the future in search of specific time periods that will take you back to 1980s-era Poland.

Box 3

Your mission is to locate key people from the past who died in the ensuing apocalypse. Using your extremely powerful Harvester, you can extract their gems and have them accompany you in the future. In a desolate world filled with constant danger, your survival depends on your ability to strategize and plan for the future. The enemies you'll face are terrifying creatures, born from the remains of humanity – and defeating them will require you to make full use of your arsenal. During battle, quick decisions can mean the difference between life and death.

Kronos: The New Dawn Coming to PC (via Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series
