Singapore’s historic Old Bukit Timah Fire Station is set to get a fresh lease of life this September 2025, as co-living brand Coliwoo, a subsidiary of LHN Limited, unveils its most ambitious project yet, a mixed-use lifestyle destination along the Rail Corridor at 260 Upper Bukit Timah Road.
The newly reimagined Coliwoo Bukit Timah Fire Station will blend co-living, retail, dining, and community-driven experiences, turning the heritage landmark into a vibrant hub where nature meets modern city living.

Anchored by Coliwoo’s latest co-living residence, the development offers fully self-sufficient apartments designed for professionals, students, and digital nomads. Each unit features warm, nature-inspired interiors and practical amenities such as ensuite bathrooms, kitchenettes, and washer-dryers with flexible stays starting from six nights.
