You might remember our coverage of He Bakes last year when we fell in love with their “homemade with love” philosophy, and we are thrilled to share that they are back to serve us for the Year of the Horse.

The master chef and founder, Mr He Jinzeng, is a veteran baker with 23 years of experience ranging from retail to manufacturing.
