Big Wine Freaks is turning one, and they’re throwing a weekend-long bash to remember. From 25 to 27 July 2025, the wine-fueled hotspot in Singapore will come alive with collaborative dinners, exclusive brunches, and non-stop party vibes — all in true BWF fashion.

Day 1: Anniversary Party – 25 July (Friday), 7pm till late

The celebration kicks off with a Friday night party featuring an à la carte menu of special dishes by Moscow’s Marat Kalaidzhian (@lordodom) and Singapore’s own Wei Kiat (@lim_wei_kiat). Expect a vibrant crowd, live DJ sets by BWF’s resident crew, a celebratory cake-cutting at 10pm, and a dance floor that doesn’t quit.

Day 2: Guest Chefs’ Special Dinner – 26 July (Saturday), 6:30pm

On Saturday, chefs Marat and Yoji Tokuyoshi (@yojitokuyoshi) of Bentoteca, Milan, join forces for a one-night-only 6-course dinner ($188++ per person). The curated menu fuses modern European with refined Japanese flavors, including highlights like:

  • Corn Soup with Onion Panna Cotta (Yoji)
  • Chawanmushi with King Crab and Ikura (Marat)
  • Spaghettone with Bottarga, Kabosu, and Citrus (Yoji)
  • Wild Sea Bass with Clam Sauce and Artichoke (Marat)
  • Smoked Duck & Trout with Japanese Peach & Yuzu Kosho (Yoji)
  • Torta Melingata with Black Cherry Jam & Red Shiso Sauce (Yoji)

After 9:30pm, the space transforms into an afterparty – more pours, more beats, and more celebration.

Day 3: Sunday Brunch & Party – 27 July (Sunday), 12pm to 4pm

Close out the weekend with Big Wine Freaks’ first-ever brunch from 12–2pm, priced at $98++ per person. A buffet-style feast by chefs Yoji and Marat includes brunchy bites and mains like:

  • Homemade Tagliatelle with Pork Ragù (Yoji)
  • Lamb Shoulder in Red Wine Jus (Marat)
  • Carpaccio with Tomato Marinade (Yoji)
  • Fish Pie “Pirozkhi” with Sour Cream & Roe
  • Charcuterie, Focaccia, Caprese, Arancini, Roasted Chicken & more
  • Dessert selections to end on a sweet note

From 2pm, the vibe shifts into a free-flowing industry-style standing party, soundtracked by DJs Candice B and YA5TH on vinyl.
