Each dish features no less than four premium Thai eggs cooked to achieve an ideal creamy texture.
The menu in Singapore includes four signature dishes from the original Bangkok restaurant:
Prawn: Runny egg on rice with tiny prawns, as well as plenty of pepper and peppery sauce. The prawns went great with the egg and rice, but I felt that there was a bit too much pepper, and some pepper was left ungrounded, which left it a bit gritty. But overall, the dish was great, and for $7.80, extremely affordable and value-for-money.
Chicken Basil: Runny egg and rice topped with chicken bits, basil, and chili. Perfect for those who like spicy food, giving it an extra punch.
Pork Jowl: Runny egg topped with a plentiful amount of pork. Delicious meaty goodness paired with creamy egg, full of protein and perfect for meat lovers.
Luncheon Meat: Running Egg topped with luncheon meat, a taste more catered to the Singaporean palate.
