The ultra-luxury project will feature 86 bespoke residences along Florida’s Atlantic coast, just minutes from the world-renowned Daytona International Speedway.
Located at 3411 South Atlantic Avenue, the development promises breathtaking ocean views and direct beach access, combining coastal tranquility with motorsport heritage. Designed in close collaboration with Aston Martin’s own design team, the residences will embody the brand’s signature craftsmanship, refined proportions, and advanced technology, hallmarks of its award-winning automotive legacy.
Spanning 18 floors and 215,000 square feet, the sleek tower will include two levels of parking and two exclusive penthouse floors featuring eight double-height luxury units. Residents will enjoy a suite of world-class amenities, including fine dining, an artisan bakery, and premium recreational facilities.
The Daytona location holds special significance for Aston Martin, with the marque’s rich motorsport history tied to the iconic Daytona 500 and Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. In fact, Aston Martin celebrated a class victory at the Rolex 24 in 2023, and its Valkyrie hypercar is set to make its Daytona debut in 2026.
