Rooftop dining venue Artemis Grill & Sky Bar has unveiled a refreshed food menu along with the reopening of its Sky Bar, introducing a collection of bold Southern European small plates designed to complement its panoramic views of Marina Bay.
Available on weekdays from 5pm to 8pm during Happy Hour, the new menu is crafted for sharing and features a 10% discount on each dish. The selection brings the laid-back spirit of tapas culture to the iconic 40th-floor location.

For meat lovers, the new creations include Spanish Pork Chorizo with guindilla peppers and chimichurri, tender Greek-style Lamb Kofte Kebabs accompanied by green chilli, tahini, and feta, and Grilled Ibérico Secreto served with a red pepper romesco and walnut blend.
Seafood is represented by a Roasted Octopus dish, charred and finished with sherry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, paprika, and caper leaf.
The menu also introduces two new ‘tostas‘, crispy toast topped with Mediterranean ingredients. Patrons can choose between a version layered with Ibérico Jamón and Tomato or one with Anchovy & Pickled Green Chilli, with each order served as a trio of toasts.
Vegetarian options are equally enticing, featuring Charred Padrón Peppers dusted with truffle salt and crispy Arancini filled with arborio rice, sun-dried tomato pesto, scamorza, and pecorino cheeses. The Chickpea Hummus, spiked with tahini and green harissa, is served with warm, spiced flatbread.
