Sequestered within the resort-style Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, the relaxed Italian restaurant offers a warm, inviting spot to unwind after a long flight. Chef Stefano Sanna helms the kitchen, serving up honest-to-goodness Italian favourites like Pomodoro e Basilico with freshly made Spaghettone. Among the highlights are the pizzas, like the signature Bari (burrata, tomatoes, anchovies, Pantelleria capers, basil) which arrive from the towering, mosaic-clad oven piping hot and satisfyingly crisp. For something a little different, the Parmigiani pizza is an moreish vegetarian option, topped with mozzarella, roasted eggplant, Parmigiano Reggiano, eggplant chips and fried basil.

The flavourful food is matched with an imaginative cocktail menu, inspired by a spirited journey through Italy. Soak up the rays in the pet-friendly Allora Garden with a refreshing Spritz of Sorrento, a blend of Luxardo Limoncello, yellow bell pepper, herb-infused honey and prosecco. After something a little more potent? Try the Bologna After Dark, a savoury Old Fashioned fat-washed with mortadella and salami.
