AIA HYROX Singapore wrapped up its latest edition with a powerful display of community, stamina, and all-out athletic spirit. Held from 29–30 November at the Singapore Expo as part of the Singapore Urban Sports + Fitness Festival 2025 (SGUSFF 2025), the event attracted an impressive 22,631 participants and spectators, including close to 10,400 athletes from Asia and beyond.

From international figures like Men’s Double Pro (35–39) champions Hong Beom Seok and Gabe Heck, SHINee’s Choi Min Ho, Amotti, Choi Seung Yeung, Olympian Morgan Mitchell, and many more, the weekend highlighted a shared passion for pushing limits and celebrating fitness at every level.
Championing Fitness for Every Ability
AIA HYROX Singapore continued its mission to make fitness racing accessible to all. The event welcomed Adaptive race categories for athletes with disabilities, while the Corporate Relay brought everyday teams together for friendly competition.
Across two high-energy days, newcomers and seasoned pros tackled HYROX’s signature global race format:
Eight 1km runs, each paired with a challenging functional workout, including:
- 1,000m SkiErg
- 50m sled push
- 50m sled pull
- 80m burpee broad jumps
- 1,000m rowing
- 200m farmers carry
- 100m sandbag lunges
- 100 wall balls
Record-Breaking Performances
This year saw standout results, with returning champions Hong Beom Seok and Gabe Heck smashing the Asia Men’s Doubles Pro (35–39) record with a time of 53:41.
Meanwhile, Kurtis Smith clinched first place in both the Men’s Open category and Mixed Doubles (16–24), powering through with an impressive display of strength and skill.
HYROX House Makes a Strong Debut
Making its first-ever appearance, the AIA HYROX House Singapore became a festival highlight. Dedicated to recovery, refuelling, and celebration, the space drew immense love from athletes and spectators.
Visitors enjoyed:
- Ice baths, steam saunas, and recovery tools at the AIA Vitality booth
- A bustling Fan Village serving burgers, soups, burritos, smoothies, and matcha
- High-energy celebrations with beers, spritzes, tattoos, and a lively DJ lineup
The successful debut cements HYROX House as a fan-favourite experience, with upcoming editions planned for HYROX Bangkok and HYROX Hong Kong.
What’s Next for HYROX
With its fifth Singapore edition in the books, HYROX continues to grow as APAC’s premier fitness racing movement. The season will conclude with races in Melbourne and Shenzhen, before the 2026 calendar kicks off in Osaka, Taipei, and Bangkok.
