Perched on the fifth floor overlooking Boat Quay, the 26-seat restaurant has a simple, pared-back aesthetic, suited for work lunches or dinner with colleagues. The eclectic menu, which draws inspiration from across Asia, includes dishes like Chicken Rice Arancini and Pork Katsu served with sweet potato puree, napa cabbage and gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes). Meals here can be complemented with a selection of wine or easy-drinking canned cocktails like the Soju Paloma. As it sits above South Bridge Reserve, a wine-focused private members’ club, those in the know may even request the ‘secret’ wine list from its cellar.
