Get ready to step into the future of air travel as T5 In the Making, a new immersive exhibition, officially opens at Changi Airport. Launched today by Acting Minister for Transport and Senior Minister of State for Finance, Mr Jeffrey Siow, the exhibition offers a behind-the-scenes look at the vision, design and innovations shaping Changi Airport’s upcoming Terminal 5 (T5).

Jointly organised by the Ministry of Transport (MOT), Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and Changi Airport Group (CAG), the free exhibition runs from 6 January to March 2026 at Terminal 3’s Arrival Hall. Interest has been strong, since public registration opened on 15 December 2025, 15,000 visitors have already signed up to experience the showcase.
One Journey, Five Immersive Zones
At T5 In the Making, you’re invited to explore how aviation has shaped Singapore’s growth and how T5 will power the nation’s next chapter. The exhibition unfolds across five immersive zones, taking you from Changi Airport’s strategic move from Paya Lebar to its ambitious future at Changi East.
Along the way, you’ll get an up-close look at:
- The design and massive scale of Terminal 5
- Cutting-edge technologies being developed to tackle manpower challenges, an ageing population and climate change
- Interactive AI-powered experiences that let you imagine how future travel could look
- Detailed scale models of T5 and the wider Changi East development
Together, the five zones tell one cohesive Changi story: past, present and future.
