What really makes this menu special is how it balances tradition with creativity. Each dish honours Cantonese craft while adding contemporary touches that make the experience feel festive and fun.

We got to try out this menu recently, and it did not disappoint.

Firstly, the Black Truffle Foie Gras Dumplings ($7.50 for 3pcs) immediately caught our attention. The mushroom dumplings are soft and delicate, stuffed with rich foie gras and aromatic black truffle. Each bite is indulgent but not too heavy.

Rice lovers will enjoy the Black Truffle Bacon Fried Rice ($13.50). Smoky bacon, golden egg, and spring onions are fried to perfection, while black truffle adds an earthy, fragrant depth that turns every mouthful into a little moment of bliss. It is the kind of fried rice that makes you want to go back for seconds.

For a playful twist, the Golden Mango Cheese Crab Roll ($7.50 for 3pcs) is playful and fun. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, it combines sweet crab, tropical mango, and a hint of cheese. The mayonnaise dip really brings out the flavours and makes each bite refreshingly crispy.

We also tried some of the new additions.

The Steamed Chicken Rice with Scallion Ginger ($8.80) was comforting with fragrant ginger notes, while the Fried Shrimp Dumplings with Avocado Mousse ($7.80 for 3pcs) were crispy and creamy at the same time.

The Sea Salt Cream Cap Almond Milk Tea (Cold, $4.50) was smooth and nutty, pairing perfectly with the dim sum selection.
