The all day brunch menu features Italian-inflected plates by way of Sydney, with highlights such as the sweet and savoury Buongiorno Toast with silky folded eggs on a slab of maple-glazed bacon and provolone on sourdough. Don’t expect anything traditional here; the plates, like the fun RicottaMisu Hot Cakes, are cheeky and modern. While away a lazy afternoon with delicious aperitivos from the Bellini Bar or cool down with fresh, icy granita when the trolley makes it rounds from 3 to 5pm. From 6pm, the 54-seater becomes an exclusive venue for bespoke menus and private parties.
