After drawing over 12,000 participants in June at the Singapore National Stadium, AIA HYROX Singapore is gearing up for a powerful comeback. The world-renowned fitness race will return from 29 to 30 November 2025, taking centre stage at the Singapore Urban Sports + Fitness Festival (SGUSFF) 2025 at Singapore Expo.

The two-day event is set to unite athletes of all backgrounds, from beginners to seasoned competitors, offering an electric atmosphere filled with determination, community spirit, and high-intensity action.
Driving Singapore’s Fitness Momentum
As Singapore reaches record participation in physical activity, with 74% of residents now exercising weekly, HYROX continues to be a strong partner in the nation’s mission to boost overall well-being. Its inclusive race format and emphasis on functional fitness make it accessible to all, helping participants build practical strength that translates into everyday life.
HYROX Singapore 2025 will once again draw thousands from across the region, creating a festival-like environment that celebrates fitness, resilience, and community.
Beyond the race floor, HYROX promises a full weekend of fun with three experiential zones open to both athletes and spectators:
- Fan Village – Live DJs, food and drink offerings, and a lively atmosphere to soak up the energy.
- Recovery Zone – Ice baths, steam saunas, and recovery essentials for cooling down after intense workouts.
- FWE Marketplace – Retail booths, demos, and activities for fitness lovers of all kinds.
Whether you’re racing or cheering, the festival promises good vibes, great music, and plenty to explore.
Championing Inclusion: Corporate Relay & Adaptive Divisions Return
Following their successful introduction in June, HYROX will bring back two new race categories designed to broaden participation:
- Corporate Relay – Teams of four take on the HYROX circuit together, making it the ultimate team-building challenge for companies looking to boost camaraderie and workplace wellness.
- Adaptive Men/Women Divisions – A testament to HYROX’s commitment to inclusivity, this category features race-day adaptations in weights and repetitions to support athletes with varying physical disabilities, without changing the core format of 8 runs + 8 functional workouts.
Participants across all categories will complete the signature HYROX stations:
- 1,000m SkiErg
- 50m Sled Pull
- 50m Sled Push
- 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 1,000m Row
- 200m Farmers Carry
- 100m Sandbag Lunges
