As part of this ambitious rollout, MoneyHero has launched the AI-powered Car Insurance SaverBot Beta on WhatsApp in Singapore, a first step in redefining how consumers interact with financial products through natural, human-like conversation.

Strong Financial Performance and Strategic Growth

The launch of Project Odyssey follows a period of strong momentum for MoneyHero. The company recorded over 20% quarter-on-quarter revenue growth from Q1 to Q2 2025, driven by higher conversions across credit card, personal loan, and insurance categories. As of 30 June 2025, MoneyHero held approximately US$30 million in cash and cash equivalents and served 8.6 million members across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.

With its growing insurance and wealth verticals already contributing more than 20% of Group revenue, a figure expected to exceed 30% by the end of 2026, MoneyHero is firmly on track to achieve positive Adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow generation by late 2025.

Introducing the AI-Powered Car Insurance SaverBot

The Car Insurance SaverBot Beta, now being piloted in Singapore, enables users to:

  • Compare car insurance policies instantly through natural chat-based interactions.
  • Access key policy details and tailored recommendations.
  • Complete purchases directly through links to partner insurers.

Early testing results are promising — users completed the quote process in under 3 minutes, compared to the traditional 8–12-minute web-based flow, significantly reducing customer friction. The SaverBot also complies with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines, featuring human oversight for complex cases and full data protection under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

A staged market rollout will begin in November 2025, with full deployment expected by 2026.

AI at the Core of MoneyHero’s Transformation

Project Odyssey marks MoneyHero’s transition into a new phase of growth, embedding AI across customer journeys and internal operations. The initiative aims to:

Following the Car Insurance SaverBot launch, MoneyHero plans to expand its conversational AI technology into additional product lines, including:

  • Credit cards and personal loans – leveraging high-traffic verticals for increased engagement.
  • Travel and general insurance – broadening AI use across the insurance ecosystem.
  • Wealth management products – introducing conversational guidance for complex financial decisions.

These initiatives are expected to contribute meaningfully to Group revenue from Q4 2025 onward, scaling into 2026 and beyond.
