Guardian returned with its third annual Live Smart & Healthy event, this year themed “EDEN of Wellness”, held at the scenic Gardens by the Bay. The celebration highlighted the importance of women’s health and mental wellbeing, calling attention to findings from the McKinsey Health Institute and World Economic Forum that women spend 25% more of their lives in poor health than men.

As Singapore’s trusted wellness advisor, Guardian reaffirmed its commitment to empowering women through a holistic approach to health offering quality products, pharmacist expertise, and community-driven initiatives designed to help women thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
A Wellness Journey in Two Zones
This year’s exclusive, invite-only event welcomed over 100 media guests and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to explore two immersive spaces: the Wellness Discovery Zone and Wellness Experience Zone.

The Wellness Discovery Zone featured 19 brand booths with exciting new launches from global favorites, including Life-Space Probiotic Fiber Jelly, Swisse Ultiboost Calm + Sleep Gummies, and Comvita Glow L-Glutathi Collagen Honey. One standout debut was Teddi Lab Hair Boost Gummy Pro, a viral hair wellness supplement now available exclusively at Guardian Singapore.
With a growing focus on mental wellbeing, Guardian also spotlighted products such as VOOST Hydrate + Magnesium Citrus and Swisse Ultiboost Calm + Sleep Gummies, designed to promote relaxation and better sleep. Guests had the chance to sample products and engage directly with health experts to discover tailored wellness solutions.
In response to rising hypertension rates, now affecting over one in three adults in Singapore, Guardian announced its collaboration with Terumo Asia Holdings to introduce Blood Pressure Monitor Kiosks in selected stores. These kiosks, already available at two outlets and set to expand to 30, will provide customers with convenient access to health checks and pharmacist consultations.

Moving for Wellness
Over at the Wellness Experience Zone, Guardian teamed up with Meraki Movement Co. for Seed to Sprout, a 60-minute standing acrobatics session that embodied the spirit of “women lifting women.” The empowering class brought 100 guests together to connect through movement, mindfulness, and community.
Bringing “EDEN of Wellness” to Everyone
Beyond the Gardens, Guardian is extending the celebration to all Singaporeans with special promotions from 9 October to 5 November. Shoppers can enjoy a Mix & Match deal offering 70% off the second item across over 70 participating brands, available both in-store and online.
Guardian and Meraki Movement Co. are also launching a social giveaway during the same period. One lucky winner will receive a Meraki 10-class pack and exclusive wellness goodie bag worth over SGD 1,000, while 15 others will take home a Meraki class pass and wellness kit. To join, participants simply follow @guardiansg and @merakimovement.co on Instagram, strike a yoga pose in front of any Guardian store, and tag both accounts in their post.
