Pasir Ris Mall: Makers’ Market & Halloween Crafts
Discover creativity and craftsmanship at the Makers Market SG by Invade, happening from 17–19 October at the B2 Atrium. Browse handmade goods, artisanal creations, and one-of-a-kind finds from local entrepreneurs, all while enjoying live performances by a two-piece band on 17 and 18 October (6 PM–7 PM).
Then, from 25–26 October (2 PM–6 PM, Level 2 #02-K19), families can dive into Halloween-themed craft workshops where kids can make capes, clay monster toys, and pumpkin bags. Each session accommodates up to 50 participants and includes face and hand painting.
Great World: Daily Giveaways for Kids
From now until 31 December 2025, Great World adds playful joy to family visits with complimentary gifts for Great Rewards members. Kids can choose between a Mosquito Patch Set for safe outdoor fun or a Clay Painting Kit (Lion or Butterfly design).

The Seletar Mall: Carnival Thrills & Costume Contests
This October, The Seletar Mall transforms into a Creepy Carnival, featuring escape rooms and haunted houses running until 24 October. The excitement peaks on 25 October with a Cat Adoption Drive and Cat Dress-Up Contest by the Cat Welfare Society (12 PM–6 PM), offering a $1,000 prize pool for the most purr-fectly dressed felines.
On 26 October, families can join the Grand Carnival Masquerade and Dress-Up Contest (12 PM–6 PM) with categories for kids, individuals, and families, and a total of $4,000 in cash prizes up for grabs. Expect lively performances, a Halloween Parade, and plenty of photo-worthy fun.

Tanglin Mall: Whispers of the Wicked Mansion
Tanglin Mall’s much-loved Halloween event returns with Whispers of the Wicked Mansion, open 25–26 October. Families can also join The Wicked Hour, featuring interactive performances like the Spooky Sing-Along by The Amazing ToyBox and Howl-O-Ween Musical StoryTime by Our Music Studio.
The Best Dressed Contest takes place on 26 October (2:30 PM–5:30 PM), offering $4,000 worth of prizes for the most spellbinding costumes. The festivities wrap up with the Spooktacular Treat Bash on 31 October, where kids can enjoy mascot meet-and-greets, trick-or-treating, and Halloween tattoos.
