From 1 October: Language of Support with HPB

Starbucks is teaming up with HPB to launch Language of Support — a campaign encouraging youths to practise supportive conversations in everyday life. Stores will introduce Cupples, cup sleeves that unfold into hand-shaped cut-outs symbolising warmth and connection. Installations at Plaza Singapura and Westgate will extend the dialogue beyond the cup, while interactive peer-support sessions at Starbucks NTU and 313@Somerset will engage students with practical mental wellness skills, complete with 1-for-1 Iced Shaken Latte treats.

A Culture of Mental Well-Being

Starbucks’ mental wellness advocacy is deeply ingrained in its culture. All store and office managers have been trained in peer-to-peer psychological first aid since 2023, while partners enjoy mental health coverage that includes psychological and psychiatric care. Over the years, initiatives like the Christmas Open House and the Starbucks Global Community Impact Grant have supported TSA, Food From The Heart, and other organisations that uplift communities through wellness and resilience-building.
