SINGAPORE, 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 – Head Coach Matias Martinez has named his 23-player squad for the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Under-17 Women’s Asian Cup™ China 2026 Qualifiers, with Singapore set to host the Group E campaign from 13 to 17 October 2025.

The squad will open their campaign against the Northern Mariana Islands on 15 Oct, before facing Australia on 17 Oct. The group will kick off on 13 Oct with Northern Mariana Islands taking on Australia.

All matches will kick off at 7.30pm SGT and will be played at Bishan Stadium.

The Singapore squad draws heavily from the team that finished second at the inaugural girls’ edition of the Lion City Cup earlier this year, before gaining further competitive exposure at the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) Under-16 Women’s Championship.

Six players – Lamasan Chantale, Yuvika Suresh, Seri Nurinsyirah, Liyana Rickit, Verona Lim and Celine Koh – who recently joined the IMG Academy in the United States at the end of August, have been recalled for the qualifiers.

Their return ensures the team retains key contributors while keeping the squad’s cohesion intact as they regroup for this crucial campaign with a mix of local talent, NDC-developed players, and those exposed to international training environments.

Ticket sales for all Group E matches of the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup™ China 2026 Qualifiers are available through Ticketek, with sales starting from tomorrow, Wednesday, 1 Oct 2025, 12pm, to Friday, 17 Oct 2025.
