From its friendly atmosphere to its laid back, industrial-esque interior, this chirpy, modern bar in the quirky Gràcia neighbourhood is inspired by the world’s Foreign Correspondents’ Clubs. Renowned English bartenders Tom Godfrey and Theo Quinn wanted to create a space that invites guests to share stories over drinks, much like journalists do at their storied clubs. The ever-evolving menus usually only have 12 cocktails at any one time – they’re usually unique spins on classics, like an Old Fashioned featuring maple-glazed doughnut, toasted milk and walnut, or a Pisco Sour incorporating Williams pear, St-Germain, beeswax and a jasmine and honey tonic.
