Now, TikTok is unveiling the 2025 Change Makers Program, celebrating a new cohort of 50 mission-driven creators worldwide who are inspiring positive impact both online and offline. Over the next five months, TikTok will support these creators with training, resources, and exclusive opportunities to amplify their voices and strengthen their missions.

Meet the APAC Change Makers

This year’s APAC representatives include:

  • Caitanya Tan (@caitofalltraits), Singapore – An actress and content creator blending storytelling with creative ventures and global stage presence.
  • Jerhemy Owen (@jerhemynemoo), Indonesia – An environmental advocate leading sustainability initiatives like #WeNanamPohon, which mobilised volunteers to plant 10,000 trees.
  • Dr. Sirawit “Dr. Ice” Ittisoponpisan (@dricesira), Thailand – An award-winning educator who combines science, humor, and storytelling to engage over 3 million followers.
  • Benjamin McIntosh (@benjmcintosh), Australia – A disability support worker and content creator who shares heartfelt, humorous, and uplifting glimpses of everyday life.

Alongside the program, TikTok is rolling out donation amplification features to make charitable giving more accessible and impactful:

  • Seamless Fundraising: Users can now integrate donation stickers into their own posts and stories, or add fundraiser links directly to profiles.
  • Community Boost: Amplified posts will appear on the fundraiser page, expanding reach and creating a shared sense of purpose.
  • Discover Fundraisers Easily: A new in-app list helps users browse and support a wide variety of charitable campaigns.

These tools are already available in Singapore and select countries, empowering communities to support causes and spark ripple effects of generosity through #TikTokforGood.
