This year’s edition bridges global icons with emerging voices, featuring five national pavilions from Italy, the Czech Republic, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore. Visitors can expect to explore everything from timeless craftsmanship to bold, sustainable design solutions.

At the heart of the event, the FIND Global Summit gathers more than 80 business and design leaders, including Mario Cucinella, Simon Yu (Zaha Hadid Architects), Hossein Rezai-Jorabi (Ramboll), and Keiji Ashizawa. Covering architecture, hospitality, property, and innovation, the summit drives dialogue on the opportunities and challenges shaping the industry.

National pavilions bring their unique design DNA to the fair. The Italy Pavilion, supported by the Italian Trade Agency, shines a spotlight on the artistry of “Made in Italy,” from FAS Pendezza’s game tables and Il Giardino di Legno’s outdoor elegance to Swan’s timeless upholstery and Composit’s modern kitchens. Thailand emphasizes heritage and sustainability with brands like Mobella, PDM, and WASOO, while the Indonesia Pavilion explores innovation under the theme “Embracing the Earth Society.” Singapore and the Czech Republic round out the mix with cutting-edge brands and collectives spanning interiors, furniture, glass, and more.

The fair also delivers immersive experiences designed to inspire. Highlights include Arte’s oasis-like stand blending organic forms and luxury finishes, Thailand’s “Living Thai Space” concept celebrating spatial purity, and Danilo’s booth that merges the natural world with Roman architectural grandeur.

Beyond the showcase, FIND’s VIP Buyer Program connects exhibitors directly with industry leaders, making the fair not only a marketplace but also a hub for collaboration and opportunity. With the Asia-Pacific furniture and interiors market projected to hit US$35.3 billion by 2027, the event remains a vital gateway for global brands seeking to tap into the region’s growth.

This year’s programme dives into themes shaping the future from urban resilience and AI innovation to purposeful luxury and cultural identity. Headliners include Mario Cucinella on Creative Empathy, Simon Yu of Zaha Hadid Architects on Urban Transformation, Hossein Rezai-Jorabi of Ramboll on One Past, Many Futures, Multiple Presents, and Keiji Ashizawa on Layering Volumes.

They are joined by leaders such as Angela Spathonis (Gensler), Shumin Zheng (SOM), and Erin Juhl (EDG Design), who spotlight how female perspectives can address urgent social, cultural, and environmental challenges. Sessions also feature insights from the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) on how lighting shapes identity, APSDA on cultural heritage as a driver of sustainable tech, and SIDS on bridging the gap between education and practice. Supporting the local community, all sessions offer complimentary SIDAC CPD points, with practitioners able to earn up to six points across the three-day programme.

Running alongside the summit, EMERGE@FIND returns in its largest edition yet. Presented by DesignSingapore Council and co-curated by Edwin Low (SUPERMAMA) and Suzy Annetta, the platform showcases over 75 designers and 100 works spanning Southeast Asia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. Among the highlights are this year’s FIND Social Trailblazers: Threadapeutic, AlvinT, Lana Daya, OK Kim, Meyte Chen, Clark Mendoza, and Amalgame.

To fuel business growth, the VIP Buyer Programme (VBP) connects international exhibitors with pre-qualified buyers across Southeast Asia. From distributors and property developers to HoReCa leaders and high-net-worth individuals, curated agendas and pre-scheduled meetings ensure meaningful connections. With 250 international brands on display, the VBP elevates the fair into a powerful marketplace for collaboration and opportunity.
