Grand Hyatt Singapore is turning up the heat this September with its inaugural poolside celebration, Oasis Escapes: Bubbles, Barbecues & Beats, at Oasis Bar & Restaurant.

Happening on 13 September 2025 (11:30am – 3pm), the sun-soaked affair promises endless pours, sizzling eats, and vibrant beats in collaboration with Aperol, Moët & Chandon, and Maison Saint Aix.
A Feast by the Pool
Guests can dive into a crustacean spread featuring freshly shucked Fine de Claire and Pacific oysters, tiger prawns, and mussels, alongside smoky barbecue favourites like beef sliders and herb-marinated tiger prawns. Locally inspired canapés from chilli crab mantous to chicken satay skewers add a uniquely Singaporean flair.
Gourmet Indulgence & Sparkling Beats
Highlighting the afternoon is Grand Hyatt’s Master Slicer, Manuel Lopez of RESERVA IBÉRICA, who will be hand-carving premium Jamón from the Iberian Peninsula poolside. All this unfolds to the sunlit soundtrack of DJ SHA, setting the vibe with uplifting beats.
Sip, Splash & Unwind
Set against the lush backdrop of the hotel’s wellness pool, where cascading waters and massage features invite total relaxation, guests can sip on free-flowing bubbles and cocktails for the ultimate weekend escape.
