Tiong Bahru Bakery Teams Up with Lau Pa Sat for a Bold SG60 Celebration Menu - Alvinology

This creative collection is a nostalgic yet innovative tribute to Singapore’s culinary heritage—featuring five unique pastries infused with flavours like satay, sambal, Milo, and teh C. At the heart of the collection is a specially developed Lau Pa Sat satay sauce, inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of Boon Tat Street’s famed Satay Street. TBB’s R&D team worked with Lau Pa Sat to craft a rich, peanut-forward sauce with smoky, aromatic spice notes—used in both sweet and savoury pastries.

SG60 Menu Highlights

Prices range from $5 to $12, available at all TBB outlets and select delivery platforms. Shio Pans are sold exclusively at Centrepoint, Foothills (Fort Canning), Plaza Singapura, Raffles City, and VivoCity.

  • Satay White Chocolate Kouign Amann – A buttery glazed pastry drizzled with satay sauce and white chocolate chips.
  • Satay Beef Croissant – Stuffed with tender slow-cooked satay beef, pickled cucumber, and carrots.
