JUMBO Group has taken its beloved seafood dining experience to the next level with the debut of JUMBO Premium, its first outlet to carry the “Premium” title. Now open at WEAVE, the newly revitalized lifestyle and dining enclave at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), this marks the seventh JUMBO Seafood location in Singapore—and a bold new chapter for the heritage brand.
Officially launched on 16 June 2025, JUMBO Premium is a celebration of culinary refinement while staying true to the brand’s roots in authentic, accessible Singaporean cuisine.
Dim Sum Delights and Signature Seafood, All Day Long


Unique to this flagship outlet is an exclusive dim sum menu available daily from 9am to 5pm, featuring creative, elevated bites not found at other JUMBO locations.
Highlights include:
- Red Ruby Dumplings with Fresh Mushrooms and Black Truffle Sauce ($6.80/3pcs) – jewel-toned parcels filled with wild mushrooms and zucchini, finished with earthy black truffle
- Beef Tripe in Satay Sauce ($16.80) – tender honeycomb tripe in spicy sha cha sauce
- Ham Sui Kok with Minced Meat ($6.80/3pcs) – shaped like mini carrots and stuffed with dried shrimp and chives
- Pan-Fried Iberico Pork Buns ($8.80/3pcs) – crispy, juicy, and luxuriously rich
- Red Rice Rolls with Prawns and Crispy Rice Net ($9.80) and Rice Rolls with Preserved Radish ($6.80)
- Classic dim sum such as BBQ Pork Buns with Oyster Sauce, Steamed Pork Ribs with Yam and Black Bean Sauce, and Traditional Tau Sha Cake round out the experience.
From 11:30am to 10pm, diners can enjoy an expanded à la carte menu featuring JUMBO Seafood’s iconic dishes, including the award-winning Chilli Crab (market price), and inventive creations like the Chilled Prawns and Pomelo Salad in Thai Style ($18) and Asparagus Sautéed with Black Truffle Sauce and Scallop ($38/$57/$76).

JUMBO Premium blends modern elegance with natural warmth. The space features sleek wooden interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open, sunlit ambience that makes every meal feel like a special occasion.
The 140-seat restaurant also includes two private VIP dining rooms, each accommodating up to 24 guests, ideal for corporate gatherings or intimate celebrations.
