Celebrate the vibrant spirit of Songkran with a culinary journey like no other at Soi Social, Resorts World Sentosa’s acclaimed Thai restaurant. From 11 to 27 April 2025, Soi Social transforms into a festive dining destination, bringing Thailand’s iconic New Year celebrations to life through an exclusive menu of traditional and regional delights.

The festival’s highlight arrives from 24 to 26 April, with a limited-edition Songkran-inspired four-hands dinner crafted by renowned Celebrity Chef Ian Kittichai and Soi Social’s brilliant new Chef de Cuisine Wilailuck Wutthikongsombat (Chef Ao).
A Four-Hands Feast of Thai Regional Mastery
Priced at S$138++ per person, this culinary collaboration brings together Chef Ian’s modern Thai innovations and Chef Ao’s Michelin-starred finesse to showcase the flavours of Thailand’s four key regions—North, Northeast (Isaan), Central Plains, and South.

Start with flavourful choices like the Yum Thawaai, a refreshing organic chicken salad rooted in Chiang Rai traditions, or the Larb Bpet Rom Khwan, featuring house-smoked duck breast layered with Isaan herbs and spices.
Mains include the rich and aromatic Khao Soi Neua Wagyu—crispy egg noodles in curry with charcoal-grilled Wagyu striploin—and the royal Saeng Waa Goong Yang, grilled prawns infused with lemongrass, shallots, and kaffir lime, echoing the elegance of Ayutthaya-era cuisine.
Round off your experience with Sampannee, a traditional Thai coconut and tapioca cookie dessert once savoured by royalty.
Seasonal Songkran Menu: 11–27 April
Beyond the four-hands dinner, Soi Social also offers a special Songkran lunch and dinner menu throughout the festival period. Signature dishes include the crispy and refreshing Yam Pla Fu (S$28++), made with fish floss, Thai mango, and a spicy shallot dressing, and the stunning Khao Yum Pak Tai (S$24++), a rainbow rice salad from southern Thailand.
Indulge in comforting classics like Khao Soi Gai (S$32++), a smoky grilled chicken curry noodle dish with Burmese-Chinese roots, or the show-stopping Hor Mok Goong Korn Kab (S$68++), a luxurious mix of red curry-pasted lobster and white fish, served with coconut sauce and jasmine rice.
