A Four-Hands Feast of Thai Regional Mastery

Priced at S$138++ per person, this culinary collaboration brings together Chef Ian’s modern Thai innovations and Chef Ao’s Michelin-starred finesse to showcase the flavours of Thailand’s four key regions—North, Northeast (Isaan), Central Plains, and South.

Start with flavourful choices like the Yum Thawaai, a refreshing organic chicken salad rooted in Chiang Rai traditions, or the Larb Bpet Rom Khwan, featuring house-smoked duck breast layered with Isaan herbs and spices.
